Krazar Lechium was born into the mortal realm and taught by his father how to be a great ranger. Yet Krazar, at a very young age, shrugged these teachings. Krazar yearned for the battles and way of life as a warrior. Battle seemed to him to be a great feat of endurance and honor. Young in the land, Krazar partook of the magic he saw everywhere without understanding what it was he was doing. He enjoyed the amazing things he was able to do with potions and how healers made him feel better, tending to his wounds and big feet. Though in his mortal life, he found that those with the use of magic didn't enjoy battle, in fact, they fought unfairly for the most part. Perplexed by this, Krazar came upon the Knights of the Steel Clan. Through the teaching and guidance of the Lady Joja, Krazar came to realize that he had a true calling; the protection of the Weave. As the lady taught Krazar, he began to see the folly of his ways and halted his use of magic. Lady Joja helped him gain purity of soul and body. After joining the Knights of Steel, Krazar became one of the most honored and feared warriors of all time. His deeds were known throughout Thera and his blade was feared by many a cowering mage. Yet as Krazar continued to battle and gain prestige within the Steel Clan, he began to realize that he enjoyed the honor around him. In fact, Krazar sought to spread his ideals of honor throughout Thera. In doing so, he was led to a brave and amazingly strong branch of the Knights of Steel, the BloodKnights. Before the last remaining BloodKnight fell to sleep forever, Krazar managed to join the fold and become the only remaining BloodKnight. Soon he helped to cultivate that faction of the Crusades to become a powerful force.
While Leader of the Steel Clan, Krazar happened upon an ancient evil, an evil so great that even his pure soul was unable to completely resist the taunting. This evil was none other than the Axe of Genocide. The terrible Axe forced its will upon Krazar and tainted his soul. Wielding the Axe, Krazar made a terrible Black Knight, but soon his mortal body fell, and the Axe was whisked away. Yet, when the Axe not long thereafter fell into the hands of a member of the Steel Clan, Krazar destroyed the knight and regained the Axe. This time, Krazar was able to resist the taunting, yet every day that passed caused Krazar's mind to fall victim to the evil torment. Three celestial months Krazar endured this torment without wielding the Axe. Yet in the end Krazar's mortal mind was broken, and he collapsed in a coma at the Market Square of Glyndane. The Lady Joja, through her love and purity, gave Krazar life in the only way possible: She shared her soul, and Krazar achieved ascension into the heavens.
As a Lord, Krazar developed tenets of things that had been important to him as a mortal man. These tenets, Fear, Victory, Sight, and Family, have become a part of those whom wish to follow in the footsteps of the Lord. Krazar chose these tenets for these reasons...
Fear:
Many feared Krazar in mortal life; they feared his blade, his power, and his honor. Fear was always an essential part of how he was able to protect the Weave as a mortal being.
Victory:
Krazar always entered a battle to win. Failing to be victorious was not in Krazar's scope of allowance. In every endeavor of his life, Krazar set out to be Victorious and was, for the most part, successful.
Sight:
As a leader and as a warrior, Krazar always thought that the most important feature of a leader and strong warrior was the foresight to see how a battle would ensue. Krazar's sight was legendary, his battle planning very effective. To be a part of life is to see what is going on about you.
And lastly Family: Family is the glue that makes Krazar whole. The Lechiums are one of Thera's oldest families still in existence. The long lineage of Krazar's family and the possibility of furthering that family are very important to his future in the heavens.
